Ten Day Gems of the Baltic Cruise on board MS Eurodam:
Ports of Call:
Tallin, Estonia - this capital city, a UNESCO site, enchants visitors with its cobbled streets and the 13th and 14th century buildings of its medieval Old Town, one of the finest in Northern Europe.
St. Petersburg, Russia - Glorious history and art, fanciful palaces, a rich imperial past - all here in the city founded by Peter the Great. Be sure to visit the Hermitage Museum!
Helsinki, Finland - One of Europe's most scenic capitals. Expect stylish and sophisticated shops on Explanade Street. Explore the Rock Church built entirely of stone.
Stockholm, Sweden - A city that retains its 17th century charm and history. Be sure to visit the Vassa Museum to observe and learn about the incredible Swedish war ship that was built in the 1600's. It capsized and sank during its maiden voyage, only to be rediscovered and raised in the 1990's.
Warnemunde (Berlin), Germany - Don't miss this opportunity to tour Berlin, which has visibly flourished since the fall of the Wall in 1989. The Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Brandenburg Gate, and "Checkpoint Charlie" are all here!
Arhus, Denmark - This is the land of Hans Christian Anderson. Step back to the Middle Ages in the Old Town, with its cobblestone streets and timbered houses. Shop for Danish handicrafts near the port.
