In the course of human events this new, global reality is not often readily understood and an educational approach that reflects our culture�s historical roots may help the next generation to understand and become more responsible in our interdependent world."
Through interaction with an American history teacher, an expert on the American Revolutionary time period, learn how our Founding Fathers experienced and adapted to the changing world of economics and politics in the 1776-1800 time period. Understand how the changing world of the Industrial Revolution brought new interdependent thinking into our social, political and military thinking.
Learn how the Seeds of Interdependence were planted by our Founding Fathers as they experienced living as an independent nation under the Articles of Confederation and moved to the interdependent concepts found in the US Constitution. See how the new government in the 1790-1800 period dealt with this changing world.
Programs can be customized to teach interdependence through 1776-1800 curriculum guidelines. Also available is a comparison of Henry Steel Commager's Declaration of Interdependence with the US Declaration of Independence.
