Dr. David Schwerin, Director of Social Responsibility in Business (SRB), has had continuing success in promoting SRB in China. Working with his Chinese counterpart Zhihe Wang, Dr. Schwerin has given over a dozen lectures to business and political leaders as well as academic audiences in eight Chinese cities over the past two years. He has been interviewed for a variety of publications and his book Conscious Capitalism: Principles for Prosperity, is frequently referred to on the Chinese Internet. SRB will continue to advocate for corporate social responsibility in China and elsewhere. Dr. Schwerin is now writing his second book. It will look at the effect of globalization on business.
