Ayuen Ajok Appointed Director of African Studies at GEM

On May 1st 2012, GEM welcomed Ayuen Ajok as its new Director of African Studies programs.

Ayuen is from South Sudan and was one of the original Lost Boys of Sudan. He came to the United States in 2000 and graduated from North Penn HS in Lansdale, PA. He continued his education with an undergraduate degree from Temple University and recently a Master’s Degree in Peace and Social Justice from Arcadia University. We welcome Ayuen to the GEM family.
